Can you send me a bill in the mail? Yes, we offer a variety of payment options, including monthly invoiceing, automatic credit card billing, e-check as well as good old fashioned cash. Back to Top
If I sign up for a monthly service, when is my billing date? If you order one of our recurring options, your billing date is determined by the day of the month that you register for our service. Charges will be submitted to your method of payment on the same date each month. Back to Top
What if I stop my service, then want to resume my service later? If you cancel your regularly scheduled service or it is inturrupted for more than a month and you resubscribe, you will be charged a first time cleaning fee and the normal fees would resume on your next scheduled cleaning. Back to Top
Will I be billed my full monthly fee if you are not able to clean my yard due to bad weather? In most cases, we will not let a little fowl weather stop us from getting to your yard. If the weather is too bad to get your yard at the scheduled time, we will attempt to reschedule it in the same week or in a worst case scenario we will be cleaning up two weeks worth of "doo" on the next scheduled visit. Do you service yards year round? The changing seasons do present their own types of challenges. Your dog still does his business year round, even in the winter, so we do too. We service yards weekly even if there is snow on the ground. As the snow melts, we pick up the gifts that were covered by the snow.
In the fall, leaves present their own challange. We will do our best to find the covered surprises but we cannot rake your leaves for you. Tall grasses in areas that are not frequently mowed can also be difficult to patrol with smaller dog breeds. Back to Top
Do I need to be home when you service my yard? No, with your authorization we can access your yard or pet area as insructed and leave you notice that we made the visit if requested. Back to Top
Can you complete your visit with my dog still in the yard? We love all dogs and as long as your dog is friendly and non-aggressive towards strangers, we can complete our task and make sure your dog remains safely in the yard when we have finished. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. If we come to service your yard and the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do our work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. Do I need to unlock my gate? Yes. We do not climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. Unfortunatley, We do have to charge for missed service calls due to a locked gate. If you like you can give us the combination to your lock or we can lend you one of ours for the duration of your service at no cost to you. No keys please, they are to confusing to try to remember which one goes where. Back to Top
